Trade terms

  The limited prints are shipped free of charge by purchases of more than DKK 500, - (only for delivery in Denmark) in pipes or flat packs, depending on size and quantity.

  The packages are of course suitable for art transportation to ensure the pieces reach their destination safely. As a standard we do not ship framed works. These can also be picked up at Shopeditions c/o Galleri Christoffer Egelund, Bredgade 75, DK-1260 Copenhagen, Denmark. Contact us if you want delivery of a framed work. 

  The delivery time is 3-5 working days if the piece is in stock, not counting public holidays and weekends, but we do our best to ship the piece as fast as possible.

  Shopeditions.dk accepts payment with Dankort/ VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Diner, Discover, Mobil Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Payment will be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped.

  All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

  Shopeditions.dk uses QUICKPAY payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that it is not possible to read your information, which is your guarantee as a customer against abuse and fraud.

  We only do the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

  Shopeditions.dk delivers on weekdays with our partner UPS, GLS, DAO or PostNord. When the items are shipped you will receive a tracking number, so you can always track your delivery.

  Customers, of course, have a 14 days right to cancellation from the delivery date. If you want to cancel your purchase at Shopeditions.dk, please notify us of your cancellation within 3 days from the date of delivery. The customer must then return the item within 14 days of this notification in order for the right to cancellation to apply.

  Shopeditions.dk, of course, seeks a return label. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded - minus a handling fee of DKK 75 to your account within a few days. 

  If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

  The Danish copyright law protects all content at shopeditions.dk such as logo and image material. The content may not be copied, reproduced or published in any form without the written consent of Shopeditions.dk/ Galleri Christoffer Egelund. 

  Subject to any typographical errors and no guarantee that all images reproduce the products exactly in relation to the actual appearance of the products. Shopeditions.dk reserves the right to adjust prices and any obvious price errors.

  Force majeure: Shopeditions.dk are exempted from a penalty for failure to comply with certain obligations under this agreement if the error is due to force majeure, as described below.

  Force majeure is considered to include government action or omission of the same, new or amended legislation, professional conflicts, blockade, fire, flood, tampering, major accident or natural disaster. Force majeure also implies administrative decisions that affect the market negatively, such as restrictions, warnings, prohibition of sales, abnormal decline in the market or if the company is exposed to criminal activity.

  The mentioned conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements have been entered into between you as Buyer and Shopeditions.dk

  You must be 18 to shop at Shopeditions.dk. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parents.
